What are Groupless Contacts?

Groupless Contacts are contacts that are not linked to any specific group in Spotler MailPro. This can happen for various reasons:

  • The groups the contact was in have been emptied.
  • The groups the contact was in have been deleted.
  • The contact was added via the API without a group (for example, using sendSingleMail).

How to access the Groupless Contacts overview?

Spotler MailPro will notify you if there are any groupless contacts. By clicking on the notification, you will be taken to the Groupless Contacts overview where you can perform actions on these contacts.

1. Remove Contacts from the Campaign

This can be done in bulk using the option Delete the recipients. This can be found at the bottom of the drop down menu Move to group. Contacts will be deleted in batches of 100,000 at a time. If there are more than 100,000 contacts, the action must be repeated multiple times.

2. Add Contacts to an Existing Group

Groupless contacts can be added manually through the Groupless Contacts overview or automatically through API integrations, as long as a group is specified.
