In the Admin module of Spotler MailPro, the Send totals page provides insight and control over the total number of messages (SMS and email) sent within a specific period. You can view totals for the entire license or per campaign.
How to retrieve send totals
Follow these steps to check how many emails or SMS messages were sent during a specific period. This can be useful for verifying the number of billed messages.
Step 1 Go to the Admin module
Navigate to the Admin module in the ribbon.
Step 2 Open the Send totals page
In the left-hand menu, select Send totals.
Step 3 Select the desired period
Choose the time frame for which you want to view the send totals.
Step 4 Select the desired medium
Choose whether you want to view totals for SMS or email.
Step 5 Select the campaign
Pick a specific campaign or select all campaigns to see the total number of messages sent.
Step 6 View or export the results
Click OK to view the totals in MailPro. Click CSV to export the data.
Frequently asked questions
Why does the number of sent emails not match the billed emails?
Possible causes:
- An incorrect period was selected.
- The wrong campaign was selected.
- The invoice contains an error.
Note: Sending totals are available the day after send-out.
