Tags in MailPro are an add-on. If you would like to enable the use of tags for your environment, please contact our support to enable the full functionality. In addition, make sure to change for the roles which should be able to create tags to change the role rights to view and change tags.
Tags in Spotler MailPro help organize and segment emails efficiently. You can apply tags to individual messages or automate their usage across campaigns. For example, use the tag newsletter to group all newsletter-related messages, or automation for automated campaigns. This allows you to filter your message overview based on tags, instead of scrolling through a long list of emails.

Overview Tags
You can find and manage tags by navigating to Data and then selecting Tags under Segmentation.
On this page, you first find the button to insert a new tag. In the overview you first find the Id of added tags, the name of the tag and actions, which are View, Edit and Delete.
To add a tag, click Insert and enter a name for the new tag. After entering a name, click Save.
The actions available on existing tags are, View, Edit and Delete.

View: You go to the screen 'Overall tag details'. Here you can find a scheme with the Id of the tag, the tag name and the number of related entities.
- Edit: Via this screen, you can change the name of the selected tag.
- Delete: With this option, you can permanently delete an existing tag.
How to apply a tag
When creating a new email, you can add a tag during the setup phase, where you configure the message name, template, and subject line. Here, you’ll also find the option to select an existing tag or create a new one.
How to filter on tags
After tags have been applied, you can use them to filter mailings in the content email overview. Click the filter icon to open a filter menu.
In this menu, select a tag to display only the messages associated with it.
