Brands

Settings apply to the entire license

If you're working in this section of Spotler MailPro, your changes apply to the entire license. The updates will affect all campaigns in your environment, regardless of the specific campaign you are in.

Brands help create structure and clarity within a Spotler MailPro environment. A single brand can bundle multiple campaigns, enabling more efficient management of large or complex email setups.

On this page you will learn more about:

Brand overview

The Brands displays an overview of all brands in your MailPro environment. Each brand can contain multiple campaigns. The page includes various buttons and functions:

  • Insert: Create a new brand. Use a clear, recognizable name. This name may also appear on system pages.
  • View: Displays the campaign name and its corresponding ID.
  • Copy: Duplicates an existing brand and lets you assign a new name. This function is rarely used, as creating a new brand is typically more straightforward.
  • Edit: Allows you to change the brand name.
  • Delete: Removes a brand. Note: campaigns under the brand will not be deleted.

On the right-hand side of the page, you’ll find:

  • A magnifying glass: Use this to search for brands in the overview.
  • Gear icons: Configure the view to show only the brand name or both name and ID.

You can also select one or more brands to delete them in bulk. The overview displays each brand name, and the bell icon allows you to receive notifications when changes occur.

Benefits of using brands

  • Brands create clarity when managing multiple campaigns within Spotler MailPro.
  • Users can be granted access to one or more individual campaigns, or to all campaigns under a specific brand, making rights management easy. See more on managing user permissions.
  • Recipients can unsubscribe from all campaigns under a brand at once via system pages. Subscribing for multiple campagnes is not possible using the subscribe_plugin.
