The Contacts page within the Data module of Spotler MailPro allows you to manage all the contacts in your campaigns. From this page, you can insert new contacts, search, view, and filter existing ones. It also provides an overview of all contacts in a campaign, showing you which groups they belong to, and allows you to create and manage contact lists for email communication.

Contacts overview
This page provides a comprehensive view of all contacts currently in the campaign. It's important that each contact is part of a group to send them emails. If a contact is not part of any group, it will be categorized as a "Groupless Contact," and a warning message will appear.
Avoid Groupless Contacts
Groupless Contacts are contacts that are not linked to any specific group in Spotler MailPro. Groupless Contacts remain in Spotler MailPro, but they will not receive any emails sent to groups. You can learn more about this in the FAQ article.
The page includes several functionalities:
- Insert – This button allows you to manually insert a new contact.
- Events – After selecting a contact, you can view a list of events they have registered for.
- View – View the detailed information for the selected contact.
- Edit – Edit the contact's details.
- Delete – Remove a contact from the list. The contact can be re-added later or re-imported.
- Delete bulk – Allows you to upload a CSV file to delete multiple contacts at once. Learn more about deleting bulk contacts.
- Filter icon – Apply filters to view only specific contacts.
- Magnifying glass – Use the search function with wildcard characters to find contacts.
- Gear icon – Configure which columns are displayed in the contact table.
History Column
For each contact, a History column is available. Clicking the info icon (i) will display a pop-up with the contact's history for the past 24 months.

Insert new contact
To insert a new contact, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Click the Insert button – This takes you to the "Insert Contact" page, where you can fill in the necessary details. The fields available are based on the database fields configured for this campaign in the Setup module.
- Step 2: Fill in the required fields – Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. Ensure these fields contain the correct information.
- Step 3: Add to an existing group – You must select at least one group for the contact. Groups are created within the same module and can be accessed through the "Groups" menu on the left side.
- Step 4: Confirm – Click Ok or Ok & Insert Another to save the contact and add another one if needed.
