Advanced export

This feature is developed to streamline your data workflows and empower your reporting processes. Furthermore, you have more control and flexibility when exporting key contact and interaction data than before.

You can;

  • Export all contact-related information in one go, making it easier to manage and analyze your audience data.
  • Access detailed raw data on interactions, such as email opens, clicks, and more, for more in-depth insights into engagement.
  • Schedule exports regularly, ensuring your data is always up-to-date without manual effort.

If you have the automated export manager activated in your account, nothing changes for you. We will simply enable the new advanced exports. This functionality is not standard for current Spotler MailPro customers (before February 2025) and is an upgrade. Please contact your account manager for more information or email sales@spotler.com.

New REST API endpoint: retrieve details of Sendouts

With this new API call, you can now access an overview of all email deliveries. This overview shows, for each campaign, when emails were sent and to how many recipients.

Previously, you only had access to raw data, such as which email was sent to which contact. Now, you get a clear summary of all sent emails, including timestamps and the groups that received them.

This data is ideal for use in your internal dashboards. Additionally, you can use the unique ID for each to retrieve response data for specific emails through the existing API calls.
