When you unpublish a flow, contacts will stay at the same step in the flow. If you republish the flow, contacts will continue through the flow.
- All follow-up actions after open/clicks etc. will not be performed while the flow is paused. You can still find these open/clicks in the statistics. The contacts in a paused flow are stuck, unless they perform the click or open again when the flow is re-published.
- Contacts in a "wait for x days" wait step will be paused. When you re-publish your flow, they will still have to wait the remainder of their wait duration.
- Re-publishing the flow after the date in a "wait until date" step will result in skipping the Flow action on that date.
- Statistics from mails already sent will still come in.
