Are you starting with Spotler MailPro soon? Or do you need a refresh? For anyone wanting to learn the basics of Spotler MailPro, we offer a product training. In this training, you will learn to independently and successfully send a newsletter. Follow the Spotler MailPro product training and receive a (digital) certificate upon completion.

You will be taught by Spotler professionals
Our trainers work with Spotler MailPro on a daily basis, in various roles such as Project Manager, Support Staff, or Email Specialist. They are happy to help you become successful with the software. Chances are you’ve already spoken to them or will speak to them after the training.

You follow the training online

You will meet the trainer and other participants in an online Teams meeting. During this training, you independently work at your own pace in a training account. This is alternated with classroom parts in which the trainer provides explanations, tests your knowledge and answers questions.

Before the training, you will receive the training materials and a link to the online Teams meeting.

You will learn the functionalities of Spotler MailPro, within a training account based on a specific case.

Introduction to Spotler MailPro

The trainer will explain how Spotler MailPro is structured and the possibilities of the different modules.

 

Successfully sending a newsletter in 6 steps

Based on a case and using an assignment booklet, you will get to know the various modules of Spotler MailPro needed to successfully send a newsletter. The mailing statistics will also be covered during the training. You will work in a training account that remains available for 30 days after the training.

Best practices: increasing open and click rates

Did you know that readers take 8 seconds to read your email? Therefore, the scannability of your message is very important. In this section, we show which elements influence opens and clicks and how to apply this best.

Additional training time for superusers

Within Spotler MailPro, there is one role with all rights: the superuser. This user is often the account owner and responsible for setting up the account structure, roles & rights, and system pages. Additional time is reserved for these topics within the training. These participants also receive preparatory assignments.

Practical

Dates & times

Find all available dates in the registration form. If you don't see a date available, please still fill it in and we will contact you to plan a date.

The time the training starts for you depends on your role in Spotler MailPro. If you are a superuser, the training starts at 1:00 pm CET/CEST. If you are a regular user, you start at 1:45 pm. The training ends for everyone around 5:00 pm.

Location

You will receive a link to the online training environment in Teams around 12:40.

Who is the product training meant for?

This training is for the beginning users. The goal is that you can successfully send a newsletter with Spotler MailPro.

Secure your spot quickly, because each product training has limited space. You can change your training date for free up to three days prior to training.

Costs

The cost per participant is €180, excluding VAT. Payment is made afterwards: we will send an invoice to the company where you work. If you work with PO numbers/purchase order numbers, make sure that these are filled in correctly in the registration form above. We cannot make any changes afterwards and otherwise we cannot process the registration. Therefore, check this carefully for yourself, if this applies to your organization.

Discount code
For some participants, the costs are already covered in, for example, the onboarding of a new account. These participants have a discount code that can be entered in the registration form. No invoice will be sent afterwards.

Free changes or cancellations up to 3 working days before the training

You can cancel up to 3 working days before the course for free. After that, 50% of the participation fee will be charged. This also applies to participants with a discount code.

The training goes ahead with a minimum of 4 participants

We cancel the training if there are fewer than 4 participants. You will hear this 1 to 2 days before the training and will be offered an alternative date immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions

My account is not set up yet, can I still follow the training?

Yes, you can follow the training. Everyone works in a training account. This way, you don’t clutter your own account with test messages and data. You will work based on a case, and we have already set up several things, including a template specifically for the training.

I cannot follow the entire training; can I leave halfway through?

The training program is fully scheduled from 13:00 to 17:00. Sometimes we finish a bit earlier if the group has no more questions. Preferably, you are there the whole afternoon. But if it really (really, really) can’t be helped: make sure you are there for the first 2-3 hours. Unfortunately, you will miss the email marketing best practices at the end of the training.

Can I follow the online training without a camera and microphone?

Yes, you can. It’s nice if we can see you, but not a must. A microphone can be handy if you want to ask your question live to the trainer.

Is this training also possible in-company?

I am looking for more depth than the basics of Spotler MailPro, is this training suitable for me?
