In addition to the default functionality for sending attachments, there is a custom solution for sending multiple attachments. This article describes the steps to use this solution, which can be found in adaptive features. Is this feature not available in your license? You can request it through your account manager.
Steps for setting up attachments
Preparation
First, create the message to which attachments need to be added. Create a database field (Setup > Database fields) with field name "attachments", if this doesn't exist yet.
To use this feature, you need to have the correct user rights.
Steps
- Open Webpower and log in.
- In the upper-right corner, choose the correct campaign.
- Navigate to Adaptive features > Attachment upload.
- Select the mailing to which you want to upload the attachments.
- Select a ZIP-file with the attachments you wish to send.
- Click import.
- Upload the contacts according to the normal procedure. The contacts file should contain at least the following information:
- Email address
- Attachments: In this field, the names of the attachment(s) the contact should receive need to be entered (e.g., "ticket1.pdf"). Multiple attachments can be specified, separated by commas (e.g., "ticket1.pdf, ticket2.pdf").
For example:

- Send the e-mail following the usual procedure. Webpower will add the attachments when the sendout is done.
